Full Stack Engineer – Medical Device Software

About the role

QUADIGI develops software for safety and medical devices. As a Full Stack Engineer you will work in the medical domain developing and maintaining a measuring instrument management system, collaborating with product, design and engineering teams in Lithuania and Germany.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the instrument management system across front‑end and back‑end.
• Build features that support laboratory device workflows, data handling and user needs.
• Write clear, maintainable code using JavaScript/TypeScript and C#.
• Develop and integrate APIs and work with SQL databases.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Test new and existing functionality, investigate defects and improve application quality.
• Explore and automate tasks using AI tools.
• Collaborate with colleagues to clarify requirements and deliver practical solutions.

Required profile

• Experience developing and maintaining web applications.
• Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and C#.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and familiarity with front‑end frameworks such as Vue (preferred), React or Angular.
• Experience with software testing, including automated tests.
• Understanding of APIs, databases and version‑control tools (Git).
• Experience working with AI tools.
• Structured problem‑solving approach and attention to code quality.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
