FX Client Portfolio Manager

About the role

Ebury is looking for an experienced FX Client Portfolio Manager to join its Vilnius office. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients, delivering tailored FX hedging, payment finance and cash‑management solutions while driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, executing FX hedging, Supplier Payment Finance, payments and cash‑management transactions.
• Upsell Ebury’s product suite, ensuring a best‑in‑class client proposition and increasing wallet‑share.
• Collaborate with the sales team to originate new business and expand existing relationships.
• Monitor competition, position Ebury’s solutions effectively, and meet KPIs for repeat and new business revenue.
• Present proposals, updates and strategic ideas to senior client stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong financial‑services experience in sales or relationship management, preferably within an FX institution or commercial bank.
• Established network of contacts in the corporate sector is a distinct advantage.
• Solid understanding of relevant compliance requirements.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and business‑level English.
• Proven track record of upselling, cross‑selling and new client acquisition.
