About the role

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our production line as a Product Preparer. The position works on a rotating schedule of three work days followed by three days off, with shifts between 08:00 and 20:00.

Key responsibilities

• Packaging marinated products.
• Operating the CSB software for production tracking.
• Loading sub‑products into cooking kettles.
• Running the roll‑binding machine and manually forming rolls.
• Preparing and marinating semi‑finished goods.
• Preparing cold and hot smoked items and hanging them on racks.
• Labeling finished products and delivering them to other departments.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order at the workstation.

Required profile

• Responsible and diligent work attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to follow a shift schedule (3 days on, 3 days off).

Required skills

• Proficiency with the CSB program.
