About the role

Littelfuse is seeking a Production Cell Master to join its manufacturing team in Kaunas. In this role you will organize and lead the activities of a production cell, develop production plans and ensure their successful execution while maintaining high quality, safety and health standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily production team activities and take responsibility for overall team performance.
• Train team members, provide performance evaluations and support them in solving complex problems.
• Identify improvement areas, recommend process enhancements and drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methods.
• Ensure compliance with production documentation, regulatory requirements and maintain high product quality.
• Coordinate inventory control and planning to support smooth production flow.

Required profile

• More than 2 years of experience leading a production department or similar team.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Good command of English.
• Proven ability to organize and control production efficiently.
• Personnel management skills and experience establishing production standards.
• Competence in inventory control and planning.
