About the role

CONRES is looking for a member of its warranty work management team to coordinate the handling of guarantee defects on construction projects. The role involves close interaction with contractors, clients and internal teams to ensure defects are recorded, analysed and resolved efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Administer notifications of warranty defects for CONRES projects.
• Coordinate defect remediation with contractors and clients.
• Analyse construction design documentation to address defect‑removal issues.
• Maintain the DALUX defect‑tracking system.

Required profile

• Higher education in construction engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Knowledge of construction works, technological processes and related documentation (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Administrative ability to work with dynamically changing information.
