GenAI Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

Accenture is looking for a GenAI Forward Deployed Engineer to lead AI‑powered transformation projects for Fortune 500 clients. You will work in a hybrid model, combining on‑site client visits with remote development, and help shape the future of software delivery using generative AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Drive GenAI‑enabled projects, integrating tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand requirements, build trust, and deliver working software quickly.
• Design and evolve both frontend and backend systems, setting technical direction for the team.
• Champion a delivery model where GenAI accelerates planning, development, testing, and documentation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience building web applications with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js, Vue, Angular, etc.).
• 3+ years of hands‑on leadership of development teams, mentoring junior engineers.
• Proven experience with GenAI tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude) and a strong curiosity about AI‑driven software development.
• Excellent client‑facing communication skills, able to explain technical decisions clearly.

Required skills

• Modern JavaScript frameworks: React, Node.js, Vue, Angular.
• GenAI tools: GitHub Copilot, Claude.
• Full SDLC knowledge from architecture to monitoring.
• Frontend technologies such as ReactNative and design hand‑off tools like Figma.
