About the role

We are looking for a dedicated General Practice Nurse to join our modern clinic in Kaunas. The role involves supporting doctors and ensuring high‑quality, patient‑focused care in a fast‑growing health‑care environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist physicians during consultations and medical procedures.
• Prepare patients for examinations, take blood samples and perform other routine tests within your competence.
• Provide patients with clear information and guidance.
• Complete and manage medical documentation accurately.
• Maintain hygiene, safety and infection‑control standards at the workstation.
• Collaborate with doctors, reception staff and other team members.
• Contribute to process improvements and enhance the overall patient experience.

Required profile

• Valid licence to practice as a general‑practice nurse.
• Empathy, patience and respectful communication with patients and their families.
• Ability to work independently, make quick decisions and act responsibly.
• Commitment to professional ethics, patient confidentiality and data protection.
