German‑Speaking Product Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Product Support Representative to assist Dexcom users in Lithuania. You will handle inquiries through phone, email and web forms, providing clear guidance on our apps, software and hardware.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support to German‑speaking users via phone, email and web forms.
• Assist with inquiries related to Dexcom apps, software and hardware, offering troubleshooting and guidance.
• Act as the first point of contact for users and healthcare professionals, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Maintain and update user accounts, process replacements and follow‑up as needed.
• Participate in product training and stay up‑to‑date with new releases.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, data privacy and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to a high‑performing support team by meeting service level goals and promoting best practices.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English with strong communication skills.
• Confident using Windows and major web browsers.
• Experience supporting mobile apps on iOS and Android and cloud‑based systems.
• Natural talent for troubleshooting and problem‑solving, with excellent phone etiquette.
• Active listening, clear communication and empathy to create positive user experiences.
• Detail‑oriented, quick learner, able to work independently and collaboratively.
