Global Contract Life & Wellness Coach (Lithuanian Speaking)

About the role

Spring Health is looking for experienced life and wellness coaches who can deliver remote, video‑or phone‑based sessions to members across Europe. As a 1099 contractor you will help adults set and achieve personal goals, manage stress, improve relationships and enhance overall wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Provide structured life and/or wellness coaching sessions via video or phone.
• Support clients in goal‑setting, confidence‑building and action planning for challenges related to stress, relationships, career, health and personal development.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date calendar of availability and record session notes promptly.
• Collaborate with Spring Health’s provider support, clinical navigation and administrative teams as needed.
• Deliver culturally competent, inclusive care for diverse populations.

Required profile

• Active credential from ICF (ACC, PCC or MCC) or NBC‑HWC.
• Minimum 100 hours of post‑training coaching experience.
• Ability to work independently while engaging with a community of coaches.
• Fluent English at conversational level; Lithuanian speaking required for regional clients.
• Comfortable with telehealth technology and a private, stable internet connection.
