Google Ads Manager (PPC)

About the role

Join Hostinger's PPC team to boost the company's online presence through advertising across multiple channels. As a Google Ads Specialist you will generate demand, educate the audience, and adapt strategies to enhance billings and meet key performance indicators while collaborating with Creatives, Data, and Content teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, Meta and other platforms.
• Craft and implement PPC strategies aligned with business goals and industry trends.
• Analyze performance data, generate insights, and report on key metrics.
• Allocate and manage substantial budgets to ensure cost‑effective campaigns.
• Stay updated on the latest PPC tools, AI solutions and best practices.
• Collaborate with other marketing teams to maximize overall campaign effectiveness.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on PPC experience with a proven track record.
• Expertise in Google Search, YouTube and Meta advertising.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills using Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GA4 and Looker Studio.
• Ability to leverage AI‑powered tools such as ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini or N8N.
• Ensures accurate tracking mechanisms in line with industry standards.
• Hands‑on approach with willingness to execute tasks directly.
• Outstanding communication skills.
