Group Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

Eldorado.gg is a leading marketplace for in‑game items, accounts and services. The Group Quality Assurance Manager will shape and execute the QA strategy, build scalable testing processes, mentor QA engineers and contribute hands‑on to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor, manage and contribute to hiring QA Engineers.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering Managers to ensure feature quality and smooth delivery.
• Define, lead, and continuously evolve the overall QA strategy together with another QA group manager.
• Ensure testing automation coverage across owned product areas.
• Organise exploratory testing events.
• Continuously optimise release processes together with Release Manager and Development teams.
• Contribute to hands‑on initiatives and tasks.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the latest testing practices and hands‑on experience implementing them.
• Previous experience in leadership, mentoring, people or process management within QA (any form of leadership).
• Proven hands‑on experience as a QA Engineer, preferably still performing some hands‑on tasks.
• Hands‑on experience with test automation tools like Playwright (or similar) and Postman for backend/API testing.
• Proficiency in Lithuanian and English.
