Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help turn our fast‑growing Lithuanian streetwear brand into a globally recognised label. You will own the marketing strategy, budget and execution while working closely with the CEO and COO.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the overall marketing plan and budget, allocating spend across channels.
• Run Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns: audience building, testing, and optimisation.
• Define creative strategy: new concepts, hooks, formats, and brief creators and designers.
• Manage email and SMS marketing via Klaviyo: campaigns, automations, and customer retention.
• Track performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, LTV), produce reports and decide on tests, scaling or pausing.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years experience in performance marketing or DTC e‑commerce.
• Hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads and using Klaviyo.
• Ability to analyse data (CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion) and implement data‑driven recommendations quickly.
• Experience collaborating with freelancers or agencies, clear delegation and result focus.
• Strong writing skills in Lithuanian and English.
• Proactive attitude: self‑starter who gathers information without waiting for instructions.
