Head of Cash on Delivery (COD)

About the role

Lead the COD (Cash on Delivery) and Country Management team, driving business performance, strategic growth and cross‑functional initiatives across multiple brands and markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own COD business performance, manage quarterly budgeting and deliver monthly P&L reporting.
• Produce monthly stock forecasts, ensure product availability for launches and manage out‑of‑stock situations.
• Lead quarterly initiative planning, secure resources across IT, BI, CRO, creative and media teams, and run regular syncs with business owners.
• Hold alignment meetings with business owners, resolve technical bottlenecks with IT and ensure finance compliance.
• Identify new growth opportunities (e.g., Pay by link, AI order confirmation), evaluate ROI and coordinate implementation.
• Motivate and develop the team, delegating effectively to drive productivity and growth.

Required profile

• 3+ years in e‑commerce, business management, operations or strategy, including 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record managing P&L, budgeting and performance across multiple brands.
• Strong background in demand forecasting, inventory management or supply chain.
• Experience leading cross‑functional projects and influencing without direct authority.
• Analytical mindset with solid finance and accounting knowledge.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
