Head of COD (Cash on Delivery) - Vilnius

About the role

Orbio World, a global e-commerce platform, is looking for a Head of COD (Cash on Delivery) to join its COD and Country Management team in Vilnius. You will manage COD payments and help grow performance across countries, regardless of payment method.

Key responsibilities

• Own COD business performance and strategic growth, manage quarterly budgeting by brand/business line and deliver monthly financial reporting (P&L, performance)
• Produce monthly stock forecasts, ensure stock availability for launches, oversee the launch process and manage out-of-stock situations
• Lead quarterly initiative planning, coordinate resources across IT, BI, CRO, creatives and media buying, and hold regular syncs with Business Owners
• Resolve technical bottlenecks with IT and align finance and accounting on compliance
• Identify new growth areas and initiatives (e.g. pay-by-link, AI order confirmation) and evaluate their ROI and feasibility
• Drive engagement and advocacy for COD projects across departments
• Lead the team, motivate people and delegate effectively

Required profile

• 3+ years in e-commerce, business management, operations or strategy, including 1-2 years in leadership
• Track record managing P&L, budgeting and performance across multiple brands or business lines
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain or a related field; MBA a plus
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus

• Salary from 4,800 EUR gross per month, depending on experience
