Head of Finance

About the role

As Head of Finance you will lead and scale Eneba’s finance organisation, building capabilities from scratch while mentoring a growing team. This hands‑on role combines people leadership with individual contribution on high‑impact strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead the finance team and Business Analysts hub – hire, develop, and manage performance.
• Establish the treasury function – cash‑flow forecasting, liquidity planning, payment prioritisation, cash‑pool strategy and working‑capital management.
• Set FX policy and hedging strategy for the group and oversee execution.
• Own all banking relationships – negotiate products, manage account infrastructure and drive operational banking processes.
• Prepare and deliver accurate, insightful board reporting packages.
• Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial planning; review and challenge financial models and business cases.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Partner with product, commercial and operational teams to provide financial guidance.
• Drive AI adoption and process automation across finance workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• 7+ years of finance experience, including 3+ years managing teams.
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian (written and spoken).
• Experience in a high‑growth tech, marketplace or e‑commerce company.

Required skills

• Financial modelling, budgeting and board‑level reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools.
• AI‑first mindset – regular use of AI tools and automation.
