Head of Product

About the role

Mediatech is seeking a Head of Product to lead the vision and execution of its digital publishing platforms and internal tools. You will act as the bridge between revenue-generating teams and the technology organization, ensuring that product decisions are driven by clear business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision across Mediatech websites and internal tools, grounding decisions in revenue impact.
• Translate commercial priorities into clear business requirements for the CTO and delivery teams.
• Manage the product pipeline and prioritisation in collaboration with engineering, balancing growth opportunities with capacity.
• Partner with revenue stakeholders to identify growth levers and define product improvements.
• Shape new feature ideas and tool requirements, ordering work to maximise business value.
• Align the technical roadmap with commercial goals and hold delivery accountable to outcomes.
• Drive innovation in product workflows, including exploring AI‑enabled efficiencies.
• Build alignment and trust across revenue, product, and delivery functions and establish scalable decision‑making processes.

Required profile

• Commercially minded product leader with a proven track record of turning ideas into prioritized business requirements.
• Deep understanding of revenue‑team dynamics and what drives business impact.
• Comfortable operating between business and engineering, focusing on value rather than technical execution.
• Strong ability to create clarity, challenge assumptions, and align cross‑functional teams.
• Senior‑level experience in product strategy or product management.
