Head of Products

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Products to lead the product function at Mano bankas and shape the future of our banking portfolio. This senior leadership position combines deep banking product expertise with a solid understanding of the systems and processes behind modern banking.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers.
• Define and drive the bank’s product roadmap and priorities across financing, payments, accounts and other services.
• Translate business needs into product and system requirements and make trade‑off decisions.
• Collaborate with Technology, Sales, Risk, Compliance and Operations to deliver customer‑focused solutions.
• Ensure products remain commercially attractive, operationally efficient and compliant with regulations.
• Contribute to strategic decisions regarding core banking systems and the product ecosystem.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of product management or product development experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, especially financing, lending and payment services.
• Good understanding of core banking systems, integrations and operational processes.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing cross‑functional initiatives.
• Ability to bridge business and technology perspectives with strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
