Head of SEO & Growth

About the role

Bored Panda Group is looking for a hands‑on Head of SEO & Growth to build the organic strategy for Demilked from the ground up. You will own the SEO roadmap, link it directly to revenue and commercial performance, and shape the future of the creator‑economy platform.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a full‑stack SEO and AI‑search strategy across priority categories, using data, competitor research and audience insights.
• Grow rankings for commercial and affiliate‑intent keywords and turn them into revenue‑generating content.
• Partner with engineering to own the technical SEO/AEO roadmap, improving page speed, rendering and site architecture.
• Drive SEO‑led optimisation of evergreen content while maintaining brand standards.
• Identify high‑value linkable assets such as calculators, templates and tools to increase shareability.
• Analyse performance data, test new SEO and AI‑search tactics, and allocate budget based on business impact.

Required profile

• Deep, hands‑on experience across technical, on‑page, off‑site and emerging GEO/AEO SEO pillars.
• Proven track record of growing traffic for affiliate, comparison, commerce or content sites.
• Strong analytical mindset with a bias toward proactive decision‑making.
• Results‑oriented focus on revenue‑driving traffic rather than vanity metrics.
• Comfortable taking accountability when performance stalls and iterating quickly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Experience using AI tools, automations and solutions for SEO workflows.
• Technical SEO expertise including page speed, rendering and site architecture optimisation.
• On‑page and off‑site SEO tactics, link‑building and content optimisation.
• Familiarity with emerging AEO/GEO search strategies.
