Hilti Store Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Hilti Store Representative to join our sales team in Lithuania. In this customer‑facing position you will help construction professionals find the right Hilti products, services and solutions for their daily work.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and challenges, and recommend suitable Hilti products and services.
• Demonstrate product features, explain benefits and support in‑store sales to achieve commercial goals.
• Build long‑term relationships with professional customers and manage purchase, repair and service enquiries.
• Monitor stock levels, process replenishments, receive and organise deliveries, and handle tool repair intake and dispatch.
• Maintain store documentation, price labels, customer information and ensure a safe, organised environment.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and other internal teams to provide consistent customer support.

Required profile

• Genuine interest in customer service and sales with a proactive, results‑driven attitude.
• Strong communication skills in Lithuanian and good working knowledge of English.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team, with attention to detail and responsibility.
• Curiosity to learn about Hilti products, services and the construction industry.
