About the role

The Group Finance Director will lead the financial strategy and operations for a diversified corporate group active in manufacturing, services and tourism. Reporting to senior management and working closely with shareholders, you will shape the finance function and drive data‑based decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement the group’s finance management strategy.
• Oversee budgeting, prepare financial forecasts and ensure cost efficiency.
• Manage working capital, cost control and profitability analysis of businesses and projects.
• Define accounting policies, lead consolidation and month‑end closing processes.
• Supervise financing activities, banking relationships, M&A matters and group‑structure issues.
• Ensure high‑quality financial data and promote Power BI usage for business insights.
• Provide financial insights to shareholders and the executive team.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of finance management experience in the manufacturing sector.
• Proven experience working within a corporate group.
• Strong knowledge of finance planning, consolidation, financing and capital management.
• Experience collaborating with banks.
• Demonstrated team‑leadership abilities.
• Initiative, clear communication with diverse business units, responsible attitude and leadership.
