Implementation Consultant

About the role

As an Application Integrations Specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of systems, applications, and processes across the organisation. By designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between different software systems, you help ensure data consistency, accuracy, and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, customise, and develop integrations using our platforms, APIs, web services, and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with developers, system administrators, and third‑party vendors to ensure smooth integration and deployment.
• Scope and implement data transfers.
• Test and troubleshoot the solutions you build.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field – or a relevant vocational qualification, or a couple of years of relevant work experience.
• Basic understanding of Object‑Oriented Programming, such as Java, C++, and/or .NET.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex integration issues.
• Excellent communication skills for working with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
