Inside Sales Representative

About the role

Future Electronics is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join its Kaunas office. The role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective customers, driving sales opportunities, and supporting the company’s growth in the electronics components market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and sustain effective business relationships with assigned customer accounts.
• Qualify quotes and bills of material according to corporate guidelines and collaborate with marketing to determine pricing and delivery.
• Make proactive daily calls to customers within the designated region.
• Utilise sales tools such as the Customer Dashboard to maximise productivity.
• Work closely with the external Strategic Account Manager to capture customer opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including Marketing and Credit, to ensure smooth order processing.
• Maintain regular communication with the line manager and prepare for performance appraisals.

Required profile

• High educational standard (preferred but not essential).
• Self‑starter with strong focus on results.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English with clear communication skills.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
