Internal Audit Technology & Digital Resilience SME

About the role

Artea is seeking an Internal Audit Subject Matter Expert to provide independent assurance over the Group's technology governance, ICT risk management, digital operational resilience and major technology‑enabled transformations. You will combine deep technical expertise with an assurance mindset, engaging with technology specialists and translating risks into clear business language.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex internal audits covering technology governance, ICT risk, cybersecurity and digital operational resilience.
• Assess compliance with DORA and evaluate the design and effectiveness of ICT risk‑management, incident‑management, resilience‑testing and continuity arrangements.
• Review technology architecture, cloud and infrastructure controls, identity and access management, software development, change management and cybersecurity controls.
• Provide assurance over major technology‑enabled transformations such as core banking, cloud migration and critical system implementations.

Required profile

• At least 7 years of experience in technology audit, ICT risk, cybersecurity, operational resilience or technology governance within a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of ICT governance, DORA, cloud, infrastructure risk, software change management and major system implementations.
• Ability to interpret technical evidence and communicate governance and business implications to senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Frameworks: NIST, COBIT, ISO 27001, ITIL.
• Technical areas: cloud security, data analytics, scripting, automated control testing, identity and access management, cybersecurity controls.
• Certifications (preferred): CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CIA, CISM, ISO 27001 auditor.
