International Transport Planner/Dispatcher

About the role

Davero Logistics is seeking an International Transport Planner/Dispatcher to coordinate cross‑border shipments across Europe. The role blends planning, communication, and problem‑solving to ensure smooth delivery operations for international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate international transport operations throughout Europe.
• Maintain daily communication with drivers, customers, and transport partners.
• Monitor deliveries, resolve operational issues, and ensure high service quality.
• Optimize routes, loading efficiency, and overall transport planning.
• Handle transport documentation and work with TMS systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience in transport, logistics, forwarding or dispatching.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Russian.
• Motivated and eager to grow with the company.

Required skills

• Experience with international transport planning (advantageous).
• Familiarity with transport management systems (TMS).
