Investor Relations Manager

About the role

Finora Bank, the fastest‑growing Lithuanian neobank, is looking for an Investor Relations Manager to lead capital‑raise initiatives and strengthen relationships with existing shareholders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and attract prospective investors in Lithuania, designing outreach campaigns that generate meetings and capital commitments.
• Lead investor meetings, follow‑ups and correspondence with professionalism.
• Design and manage the CRM‑based investor pipeline, tracking engagements, feedback and follow‑up actions.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure consistency, transparency and trust in all investor‑facing processes.

Required profile

• Proven track record in investor relations, sales or business development, comfortable with direct outreach and face‑to‑face relationship building.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication in Lithuanian and English, able to present in boardrooms, lunches, cold calls or emails.
• Highly organized, CRM‑literate and capable of managing multiple conversations across the pipeline.
• Full ownership mindset with a bias toward execution and results.
