About the role

Join Sweco’s engineering team to work on diverse local and international construction projects. You will create 3D structural models, prepare design documentation, and collaborate closely with clients and project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Model structures in a 3D environment (Tekla Structures).
• Prepare construction‑part design documentation.
• Communicate with clients and coordinate solutions with the project team.
• Contribute to improving the design process.
• Ensure the quality of your work and that of colleagues, meeting deadlines.

Required profile

• Higher education in engineering.
• 1‑3 years of experience preparing construction‑part designs.
• VAT registration is a plus.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Proactive, collaborative, and open to change.

Required skills

• Tekla Structures (modeling software).
• RFEM Dlubal (structural calculation software) – preferred.
