About the role

We are looking for an Engineer to support our technical documentation and project management activities. You will work closely with project managers and various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of energy‑related projects.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain technical documentation.
• Assist project managers with daily tasks such as drafting letters and gathering information.
• Enter data, prepare reports and systematize information.
• Monitor project deadlines and progress.
• Shadow colleagues on tasks like servitudes, work completion acts, cost estimates, preliminary route preparation and project coordination commissions.
• Participate in meetings with contractors and record minutes.

Required profile

• University degree in engineering (thermal, mechanical, civil, manufacturing, industrial or related field).
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and documentation.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, AutoCAD or other technical software is a plus).
• Responsible, meticulous and capable of planning work.
• Team player with good communication skills across project participants.
• Analytical thinker with problem‑solving abilities.
• Good Lithuanian language proficiency; English knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in project management or engineering is advantageous.
