About the role

We are looking for a motivated Engineer to join our professional team in Kaunas. The role focuses on managing technical documentation, supporting project managers, and ensuring smooth project execution within the energy sector.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain technical documentation.
• Assist project managers with daily tasks such as drafting letters and gathering information.
• Enter data, prepare reports, and systematize information.
• Monitor project deadlines and workflow progress.
• Support colleagues with documentation preparation (servitudes, work completion certificates, cost estimates, preliminary sketches, project coordination meetings).
• Participate in meetings with contractors and record minutes.

Required profile

• University degree (Bachelor) in engineering – thermal, mechanical, civil, manufacturing, industrial or related field.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and documentation.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or similar technical software is a plus).
• Responsible, meticulous, and capable of planning work.
• Team player with good communication skills across project participants.
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good command of Lithuanian; English proficiency is a plus.
• Experience in project management or engineering is advantageous.
