About the role

We are a forward‑looking energy company based in Kaunas, Lithuania, looking for an Engineer to support technical documentation and daily project activities. You will work closely with project managers, ensuring accurate data handling and smooth project progress.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain technical documentation.
• Assist project managers with daily tasks such as drafting letters and gathering information.
• Enter data, prepare reports and systematize information.
• Monitor project deadlines and workflow.
• Support colleagues with documentation (servitudes, work completion acts, cost estimates, preliminary route plans, project coordination meetings).
• Participate in meetings with contractors and record minutes.

Required profile

• University degree (Bachelor) in engineering – thermal, mechanical, civil, manufacturing, industrial or related field.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and documentation.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office; AutoCAD or similar technical software is a plus).
• Responsible, meticulous and capable of planning work.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good Lithuanian language proficiency; English is a plus.
• Experience in project management or engineering is advantageous.
