About the role

We are looking for a motivated professional to lead the operation and maintenance of mechanical equipment at the Kruonis and Kaunas hydro‑electric plants. The role involves planning, organizing and supervising technical maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable and green energy production.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organise technical maintenance of hydro‑electric plants, turbines and other mechanical installations.
• Coordinate defect‑removal processes and monitor their resolution.
• Develop annual and long‑term maintenance plans, including budgeting.
• Prepare yearly procurement plans and initiate both scheduled and emergency purchases.
• Negotiate, conclude and manage contracts required for technical maintenance.
• Provide proposals for investment works and support assigned investment projects.

Required profile

• Higher education in engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience planning and organising technical maintenance of hydro‑turbines or similar energy equipment.
• Good knowledge of Lithuanian energy legislation and regulations.
• English language proficiency of at least B1 level.
• Category B driver’s licence.
