IT Development & Integration Specialist

About the role

Join Girteka Group as an IT Development & Integration Specialist, helping to build a modern logistics platform by designing and maintaining critical system integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain integrations between Navitrans, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, data sources and other internal/external systems.
• Analyse interface requirements, data mappings and failure scenarios.
• Support automation, custom logic and technical change implementation.
• Prepare technical documentation, interface inventories and hand‑over materials.
• Participate in testing, release readiness and troubleshoot defects or data issues.
• Enable reporting and data‑flow where standard solutions are insufficient.
• Collaborate with solution owners and administrators to translate business requests into controlled technical delivery.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in software development, system integration, ERP development or interface engineering.
• Proven experience with APIs, data mapping and troubleshooting interface issues.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, testing and change‑control processes.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Practical delivery mindset covering coding, analysis, support and structured implementation.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP/TMS ecosystems.
• Knowledge of logistics or transport domain is a plus.
