About the role

Lietuvos draudimas is looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the design, operation and evolution of its IT infrastructure across the Baltic region. You will ensure stability, security and performance while supporting the company’s digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, maintain and improve the organization’s IT infrastructure architecture.
• Guarantee uninterrupted operation of critical infrastructure, including networks, servers, data storage, cloud platforms, virtualization environments and workstations.
• Plan, implement and evaluate Cloud, On‑Premise and Hybrid solutions to meet business needs.
• Manage the IT infrastructure budget, optimizing investments in licences, cloud services, hardware and external providers.
• Develop and expand strategic platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Oracle.
• Participate in the creation and deployment of AI, data‑analytics and other modern technology platforms.
• Ensure infrastructure security, backup, monitoring, access control and other critical controls.
• Prepare, maintain and regularly test Disaster Recovery plans and coordinate recovery during incidents.
• Drive infrastructure upgrades, automation and standardisation.
• Identify technical risks or performance issues and initiate remediation.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams on new technology projects.
• Lead the infrastructure and workstation team, set priorities and develop technical competencies.
• Act as senior technical expert for complex incidents and projects.
• Manage relationships with cloud, data‑center and other service providers, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Provide recommendations on technology direction, infrastructure investments and long‑term strategy.

Required profile

• Higher education in information technology or a related field.
