IT Operations Team Lead - Baltics & Finland

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Team Lead to manage and develop a high‑performing infrastructure team delivering services across the Baltics and Finland. The role combines people leadership with hands‑on technical expertise in a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a geographically dispersed IT infrastructure team.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of servers, networks, storage and telecommunications, ensuring high availability, performance and security.
• Plan and execute infrastructure projects, managing timelines, budgets and resources.
• Coordinate incident response, drive root‑cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Analyse capacity, develop forecasts and optimise resource utilisation.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts and monitor service levels.
• Provide operational leadership for the region, aligning services with business requirements and supporting standardisation initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure management and team leadership.
• Strong technical knowledge of servers, networks, storage and virtualisation technologies.
• Experience with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
• Excellent problem‑solving, project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
