IT Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate technology projects for our key clients. The role blends strong project management expertise with a client‑focused mindset, aiming to build long‑term relationships and ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Act as the primary point of contact for selected key accounts, understanding their business needs and serving as a trusted advisor.
• Maintain high client satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and solution‑oriented support.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and long‑term cooperation.
• Monitor project progress, report milestones, risks, and results to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management or client relationship management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Professional, proactive, and relationship‑driven attitude.

Required skills

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Background in IT and understanding of technology‑related projects is advantageous.
