IT Technical Specialist

About the role

Join Telia as an IT Technical Specialist and become the first point of contact for internal users seeking IT assistance. You will help ensure a smooth, customer‑oriented experience across the company’s digital services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line IT support via phone, chat and web forms.
• Assist users with application navigation, day‑to‑day issues and hardware problems.
• Maintain service quality by delivering timely, accurate solutions.
• Represent the IT department’s voice, promoting a service‑mindset throughout the organization.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken.
• Basic computer knowledge with hands‑on experience in operating systems and common software.
• Previous experience in customer or user support is a plus.
