About the role

The company is a fast‑growing manufacturer of drone components looking for an Embedded Systems Engineer to develop and refine electronic products from concept to production.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise electronic and RF schematics, PCB layouts and component selection.
• Write and maintain embedded software (C/C++, Python, Rust) that controls the products.
• Develop testing algorithms, design and program test equipment, and ensure smooth operation.
• Utilise artificial‑intelligence tools to improve development and testing processes.
• Collaborate with the R&D team on product decisions and automation of manufacturing.

Required profile

• University degree in electronics, electrical engineering, telecommunications or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience designing and optimising electronic and RF circuits.
• Hands‑on experience with PCB design tools such as Altium Designer, KiCad or Eagle, including RF routing.
• Embedded systems programming experience (C/C++, Python, Rust).
• Experience creating and implementing test algorithms and programming test equipment.
• Proficiency with AI tools.
• Fluent in spoken and written Lithuanian and English.
