About the role

Swedbank is looking for a motivated individual to join its Customer Service Centre in Panevėžys. You will be the face of the bank, assisting clients with their inquiries and helping them find the right banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Swedbank daily by greeting and consulting clients.
• Answer client questions and provide accurate information.
• Develop skills in active sales of banking products.
• Gain high‑level customer service experience within an international bank.

Required profile

• Higher education or final‑year university student.
• Willingness to work in customer service and learn on the job.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule.
• Good Lithuanian language skills (preferred) and knowledge of English or Russian (advantage).

Required skills

• Strong communication abilities in Lithuanian.
• Basic proficiency in English or Russian is a plus.
