Junior Biotechnologist – Recombinant Protein Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Biotechnologist to join our recombinant protein manufacturing team. You will gain hands‑on experience across the full production chain, from solution preparation to final product freezing, while working in a cleanroom and laboratory environment.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and execute recombinant protein manufacturing processes according to SOPs.
• Prepare solutions, buffers, and conduct titration, pH, and conductivity adjustments.
• Perform chromatographic purification using modern bioprocessing equipment.
• Participate in formulation, sterile filtration, filling, and freezing of final products.
• Operate manufacturing equipment, develop basic troubleshooting skills, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Order materials, manage inventory, and collaborate with Quality, QC, Engineering, and other support teams.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and assist in their implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biology or a related life‑science field.
• Basic English language proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and a responsible work approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new skills.

Required skills

• Understanding of protein purification using chromatographic methods.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office.
