Junior Customer Support Specialist – E-commerce

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Junior Customer Support Specialist to join our e‑commerce team. The role involves providing outstanding service to customers, suppliers and carriers during the evening shift (5 PM – 2 AM).

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and carriers via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve issues efficiently and effectively as they arise.
• Focus on meeting and exceeding set KPI goals.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Deliver smooth and productive customer service.
• Complete tasks assigned by your supervisor.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills, surpassing proficiency in your native language.
• Comfortable and highly productive working the 5 PM – 2 AM shift, with two remote workdays per week.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with composure and efficiency.
• Positive, communicative, responsible, and goal‑oriented attitude with a strong desire to assist others.
• Prior experience in customer service is an advantage.
