Junior Email Marketing Specialist

About the role

Join Kiloverse as a Junior Email Marketing Specialist and work side‑by‑side with entrepreneurs and founders to shape fast‑growing ventures in health, wellness, beauty, and travel. You will take an entrepreneurial approach, collaborating with creative, marketing, and product teams to drive key initiatives and achieve measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Deepen expertise in email deliverability best practices and deployment optimisation.
• Develop and execute personalised, triggered email campaigns that align with strategic goals and boost sales.
• Analyse campaign performance and continuously optimise strategies based on seasonality, customer segments and competitor behaviour.
• Leverage analytics to inform decisions, conduct A/B testing and implement data‑driven improvements.
• Maintain a healthy database through regular list‑hygiene practices.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in email marketing with a solid understanding of design, build and deliverability principles.
• Proficiency in email best practices, including campaign automation and A/B testing.
• Strong analytical skills with experience tracking and optimising email performance.
• Hands‑on experience with the Klaviyo email marketing platform.
• Proactive, ownership‑driven mindset with a strong focus on getting things done.

What we offer

• Gross salary range €2,000‑€2,900 per month.
