Junior First-Line Technical Support Engineer – Networking Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Junior First‑Line Technical Support Engineer to join our technical support team in Kaunas, Lithuania. You will work with leading networking solutions, including routers, switches, gateways and modems, and develop your skills in industrial and enterprise connectivity.

Key responsibilities

• Answer calls from business clients and provide first‑line support for Teltonika Networks products.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, ticketing platforms, online meetings, forums and other tools.
• Advise customers and sales representatives on product integration, usage, basic troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Escalate complex cases to Networking and IoT Engineers while ensuring clear communication between customers and internal teams.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with empathy, patience and active listening.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Customer‑centric attitude and commitment to continuous learning.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and common office tools (e.g., Excel, Word, web‑based systems).
• General understanding of computer networks (LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN) is a plus.
