Junior GEO Specialist (SEO Team)

About the role

AI is reshaping how B2B buyers discover, evaluate, and shortlist vendors. Oxylabs is looking for a Junior GEO Specialist to grow visibility across generative and agentic search environments, focusing on execution and measurement while shaping where the company appears in AI‑driven results.

Key responsibilities

• Help shape and execute Oxylabs' GEO/AEO strategy across major LLMs and generative search engines.
• Drive initiatives to increase citation frequency, share of voice, and brand presence in AI‑generated responses for core categories.
• Build and maintain an AI visibility measurement framework tracking citation rate, mention frequency, and sentiment across mainstream chatbots.
• Audit and evolve content architecture for AI extractability and ensure new pieces are built to be cited.
• Monitor agentic search trends and define “agent‑ready” requirements for the website and content ecosystem.
• Collaborate with affiliate, influencer, and growth marketing teams on AI‑focused opportunities.
• Work with Web and Product teams to ensure technical foundations (crawlability, structured data, API accessibility, page speed) support machine discovery.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in on‑site SEO with exposure to GEO/AI search.
• Solid understanding of how large language models operate.
• Experience optimizing for AI‑enhanced organic (AEO) results.
• Strong content instincts to brief, edit, and quality‑control with an AI‑discoverability lens.
