Junior Procurement Specialist – Aviation Procurement

About the role

Join our aviation team as a Junior Procurement Specialist and launch your career in aircraft parts procurement and supply chain. You will support day‑to‑day purchasing, logistics and supplier coordination for maintenance, operations and CAMO departments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the procurement team in sourcing aircraft parts, expendables and consumables.
• Communicate with suppliers on pricing, availability, lead times and delivery arrangements.
• Prepare and compare supplier quotations and support purchase order creation.
• Monitor order status, deliveries and ensure timely availability of parts for maintenance activities.
• Help evaluate suppliers and maintain accurate procurement data in company systems.
• Support logistics coordination by reviewing transportation options and delivery schedules.

Required profile

• University degree or final‑year student in business, logistics, supply chain, aviation, engineering or related field.
• Interest in aviation, airline or MRO environments.
• Analytical, organized, detail‑oriented and proactive.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
