Junior Procurement Specialist

About the role

Join Airhub Aviation as a Junior Procurement Specialist and start your career in aviation procurement and supply chain. You will support procurement, logistics, and supply‑chain activities for maintenance operations while collaborating with airline maintenance, operations, CAMO, and procurement teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the procurement team in sourcing aircraft parts, expendables, and consumables.
• Communicate with suppliers and maintenance providers about prices, availability, lead times, and delivery arrangements.
• Support the creation and comparison of supplier quotations.
• Help prepare purchase orders and monitor order status and deliveries.
• Ensure required aircraft parts, tooling, and materials are available on time for maintenance.
• Compare transportation options and delivery times to coordinate logistics.
• Maintain accurate procurement and supplier data in relevant systems.
• Support supplier evaluation and compliance with aviation regulations.

Required profile

• University degree or final‑year student in business, logistics, supply chain, aviation, engineering or related field (advantageous).
• Interest in aviation, airline or MRO industry.
• Good analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn negotiation and supplier‑management techniques.
• Proficient command of English; additional languages are a plus.
