Junior SEO Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Junior SEO Specialist to join Evolvery’s SEO team. You will work on real client accounts from day one, handling link‑building outreach, data analysis and content brief creation while leveraging AI tools to streamline routine tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Run outreach and digital PR for client link‑building campaigns: prospecting, personalized pitches, follow‑ups and tracking results.
• Build custom analyses using GSC, GA4, Ahrefs and crawl data for keyword research, content gaps and ranking diagnostics.
• Write detailed content briefs that guide copywriters on search intent, structure, entities and internal linking.
• Support technical and on‑page optimisation: crawl reviews, on‑page fixes and verification of implemented recommendations.
• Prepare client reporting and maintain up‑to‑date account trackers.
• Utilise AI tools and workflows for all tasks, flagging any inaccurate outputs.

Required profile

• Fluent in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
• Basic understanding of SEO/GEO fundamentals gained through a first job, internship, coursework or personal projects.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools in daily work and the ability to evaluate their output.
• Comfortable working with data: spreadsheets, pivot tables, Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
• Strong writing skills for outreach emails and content briefs.
• Organised, reliable and able to juggle multiple client tasks.
• Curious about why search results rank the way they do, including AI‑powered search.
