Junior Talent Acquisition Partner – Fixed Term

About the role

Join Luminor as a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner, responsible for attracting, engaging and hiring talent while delivering a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers across the Baltic region.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for a dedicated business area, including job posting, sourcing, interview coordination and candidate communication.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and proactively engage candidates through various sourcing channels.
• Partner with hiring managers, sharing recruitment best practices and market insights.
• Maintain recruitment data and produce regular hiring reports.
• Contribute to improving recruitment processes, tools and candidate experience.
• Support employer branding initiatives and People & Culture projects across the Baltics.

Required profile

• Some experience in recruitment or talent sourcing.
• Basic understanding of recruitment principles, candidate sourcing and competence‑based interviewing.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confidence working with data and Excel (pivot tables, reporting).
• Proactive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Fluent English and Lithuanian (spoken and written) for Pan‑Baltic work.
