Junior Tax Consultant – People Advisory Services

About the role

Join EY’s People Advisory Services team as a Junior Tax Consultant, supporting multinational corporations and fast‑growing start‑ups on personal income tax, social security and employment tax matters. You will work alongside senior professionals, gaining hands‑on experience in international tax projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior team members on personal income tax, social security contributions and employee‑related tax projects for local and international clients.
• Prepare tax calculations, documentation, and equity‑compensation reports.
• Draft clear tax memoranda and client presentations.
• Support double‑taxation relief processes and liaise with tax authorities when required.
• Participate in process‑improvement and automation initiatives using digital tools.
• Collaborate with colleagues on day‑to‑day tasks and contribute to a positive team environment.

Required profile

• University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, Law or related fields, or actively pursuing one.
• Fluent spoken and written Lithuanian and English.
• Curiosity about the evolving business environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Preferably some experience in accounting or finance.
