Junior Video Editor

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Video Editor who’s ready to take the next step in their career and grow into a strong performance‑focused Video Editor. You’ll create and test video ads, experiment with new creative ideas and AI tools, and work closely with our Creative and Performance Marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Make ad creatives for Meta, Google, and TikTok – both long‑form and short‑form video.
• Turn ideas, raw footage, UGC, and existing content into short‑form video ads.
• Create and test different hooks, angles, formats, and storytelling approaches together with the team.
• Build new creative variations based on top‑performing ads and performance insights.
• Use AI tools to speed up workflow, experiment with new creative ideas, and improve video production.
• Analyze creative performance together with the team and use learnings to improve future videos.
• Explore new video trends, editing techniques, competitor creatives, and AI‑powered tools to keep content fresh.

Required profile

• Previous hands‑on experience with video editing for performance marketing campaigns.
• Understanding of what makes Meta and TikTok ads perform.
• Good video editing skills and knowledge of short‑form content, UGC, motion graphics, and basic animation.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro; knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
• Interest in performance marketing and curiosity about what makes people stop, watch, and convert.
• Comfortable creating multiple versions of the same creative and iterating quickly based on feedback.
• Hands‑on interest in AI tools and willingness to use them daily.
• Creative mindset with a willingness to bring new ideas and experiment.
• Good English and Lithuanian language skills.
