Junior/Mid Mobile Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Junior/Mid Mobile Acquisition Specialist to drive growth for our mobile app portfolio. You will primarily manage Google App Campaigns while supporting additional paid acquisition channels, ensuring user acquisition targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and optimize Google App Campaigns.
• Refresh and test ad assets (copy, images, video) to identify top‑performing creative combinations.
• Track daily performance metrics such as CPI, trial starts, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop new ad angles and visual assets.
• Navigate mobile attribution platforms to analyze campaign impact on long‑term users.
• Generate performance reports and contribute data‑driven ideas in team discussions.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience running digital performance marketing campaigns, preferably with Google Ads.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers in Excel or Google Sheets.
• High adaptability and eagerness to learn mobile‑specific growth strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
