Key Account Manager – Therapeutics

About the role

Medis Pharma Lithuania is seeking a motivated Key Account Manager to drive the commercial success of its therapeutic portfolio across the region. You will work in a dynamic international environment, building strong relationships with leading customers and contributing to the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and trade strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including doctors and healthcare institutions.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors and the business environment.
• Achieve sales targets for assigned therapeutic products.
• Participate actively in the creation and execution of the company’s regional plan.

Required profile

• University degree in medical, biology or a related field.
• Experience as a Key Account Manager or Medical Representative visiting doctors.
• Previous work with Neurology, Gynecology or Oncology is a plus.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian.
• Strong organisational skills, flexibility and a results‑oriented mindset.
